MARTIAL ARTS
TAE KWON DO

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, generally characterized by it's fast, high and spinning kicks. Taekwondo is often translated as 'the way of hand and foot'. The study of Traditional Tae Kwon Do includes Forms, Sparring, breaking, and Self Defense.
HAPKIDO

Hapkido is a dynamic martial arts system. It is a form of self defense that employs joint locks, throws, take-downs, kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. There is also the use of traditional weapons.
